Habla Inglés?
To help Spanish-speaking adults better communicate in English, the Coca-Cola system partnered with Retention Education LLC and Leap Frog Enterprises to launch Sed de Saber (Thirst for Knowledge) a home self-study program. Piloted at several Southwestern CCE facilities, the program has now expanded to additional areas. Participating employees say that breaking the communication barrier presents better career opportunities.
